iPhone in the Lake District part 2.

It was a beautiful day and the light was perfect for some photography. I packed a rucksack and headed for the bus stop in the centre of Ambleside and caught the open-top bus to Grassmere. It was wonderful to watch the countryside move past my eyes for a change as I'm usually driving.

As I was walking in the Wordsworth Daffodil Garden I made this photograph looking south along the River Rothay. The iPhone captured the details well and caught the scene as I saw it it before I held the phone up. I used the touch screen AE/AF lock to focus on the group of people in the cafe garden. The view was very picturesque and made a lovely reminder of the day.
