A photo-walk around Martin Mere Part 4

On my way back from the Harrier Hide I saw these two beautiful Bewick Swans caught in the sunlight. I thought the light looked good for a photograph and made this one as the two swans glided together across the dark water. The yellow of their beaks jumping out in the sun. The ripples and reflected bank on the far side all made for a good composition. Canon SX70HS, focal length 40mm, centre weighted average metering, f/7.1 at 1/2,000, shutter priority.
